Mental Health Therapist & Addictions Counselor

My name is Zoe Bowen, and I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I am someone who is deeply passionate about recovery and supporting individuals who have been caught in the cycle of addiction. I believe that no one is too far gone to make a change, and I am honored to walk alongside people as they work to break free from the chains that have kept them stuck. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their truth, build new coping skills, and discover their own strength and purpose. I know firsthand how powerful it is when someone feels seen, heard, and supported—especially in moments of struggle. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone begin to believe in themselves again and take steps toward a life of freedom, healing, and hope. Recovery is possible, and I’m here to help guide, support, and encourage that journey every step of the way.
