Burch Bowen

Director, LAC - Lodge Location

My name is Burch Bowen, and I am deeply passionate about the work I do. I have been involved in the field of treatment since 2018, initially starting as a sober living house manager. Over the years, I pursued my education and earned my LAC, which further fueled my commitment to helping others on their path to recovery. In early 2025, I took on the role of Clinical Director at The Lodge, where I am excited to expand my ability to support individuals in their healing journey. I am truly honored to be of service and look forward to working with you as we navigate your path toward growth and recovery.

Angela Otto, a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at RCM. With nearly a decade of experience in addiction counseling, Angela is committed to ensuring RCM’s practices meet the highest standards while fostering an environment focused on client well-being and employee success. Outside of work, Angela enjoys creative

Tina Crawford

Director of Admissions

I’ve been proud to be part of Recovery Centers of Montana nearly since its inception. Starting in case management, I’ve grown alongside the organization and now serve as Director of Admissions. This role allows me to do what I love most—being the first point of contact for referrals and potential clients as they take the courageous first steps toward recovery.

Every day, I’m honored to help individuals and families navigate the admissions process with clarity, compassion, and professionalism. Whether coordinating with agencies, verifying insurance, or simply offering a reassuring voice, I strive to make each client’s entry into treatment as smooth and supportive as possible.
Recovery is a journey, and I’m grateful to play a role in welcoming people to a place where healing begins

Ann McWilliams

Residential Clinical Director

I have been in the field since 2015 and a majority of that time has been spent in outpatient levels of care in a variety of roles from Rehab Aid at a sober living, to Clinical Director and Co-Executive Director, and many other roles in between.

I truly enjoy working in this field and find immense personal satisfaction from being some small part of people's recovery journey.

I deeply believe in human potential and that there are no disposable people.

I am privileged to do this work and to be witness to the everyday miracles that happen for people, it is truly an honor.

Cassandra

Director of Operations

I am the Director of Operations. I have been with the company since 2023. I strive to optimize efficiency, streamline processes and enhancing productivity with my team. My belief that challenging experiences can be transformed into sources of strength and support helps drive me to challenge myself and others.

Tesla

Director of Residential Medicaid & Marketing Growth

I’m Tesla Roth, and I come from the gritty, unfiltered side of addiction and recovery — the side that teaches you who you really are and what you’re capable of. I’ve lived in the chaos, I’ve rebuilt from the ground up, and now I use that fire to help others find their way out too. I don’t sugarcoat things, and I don’t pretend healing is easy. What I do is show up with honesty, heart, and a stubborn belief that people can change because I’m living proof. Recovery gave me my voice, and now I use it every day to lift others, build community, and push for real growth in this field and in myself.

Charlie Wood

Administrative Assistant

Working in mental health and recovery has given me the chance to watch others grow and get their spark back. Watching some of my family struggle with addiction and get their spark back is what drove me into working in this field and sparked my passion for it all. The small part I play in someone's journey is nothing short of breath taking. I want to help them see that they are not alone and that even professionals have/had their own addiction and mental health struggles that they are battling every day.
