Clinical and Chief of Compliance

Angela Otto, a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at RCM. With nearly a decade of experience in addiction counseling, Angela is committed to ensuring RCM’s practices meet the highest standards while fostering an environment focused on client well-being and employee success. Outside of work, Angela enjoys creative writing, exploring Montana’s natural beauty, and spending time with her family and pets.
