Sam Vincent

Mental Health Therapist

I have a Bachelor's in psychology and Master's in social work, fun fact about myself is that I feel that my spiritual animal is a sea turtle. I have been honored with having the experience to support such amazing individuals through their toughest and proudest moments. Working in recovery offers insight into a world where a person can overcome generational/ personal trauma that has caused them to feel lost. It's beautiful to be able to be a part of something that gives people hope and happiness, I will never stop RECOVERING LOUDLY for those that are ready!

Kat French

Case Manager Virtual IOP

My name is Kat French, and I am a Case Manager for Virtual IOP. I am newer to the virtual role but previously worked as a case manager at the women’s facility for two and a half years.

I am deeply passionate about working in the field of recovery because I’m continually inspired by my clients and their resilience. My goal is to leave a lasting, positive impression—helping each client feel seen, valued, and supported in their unique journey.

The most rewarding part of my work is hearing clients share their success stories and witnessing the transformation in their lives that results from the dedication and effort we put in together. I take pride in listening, guiding, and assisting clients in building a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Ely Reynolds

Licensed Addiction Counselor

Born and raised in Montana, I’m proud to serve as a Licensed Addiction Counselor with Recovery Centers of Montana—the same program I once graduated from during my own recovery journey. Having experienced both inpatient and outpatient treatment, I strive to bring empathy, understanding, and authenticity to the work I do. My goal is to help others find their own understanding of addiction while supporting them in cultivating self-love and celebrating their authentic selves. After completing my education at the University of Montana, I began working in the field of addiction recovery with Recovery Centers of Montana in 2023 as both a case manager and treatment assistant, transitioning into counseling by early 2024. These roles gave me a strong foundation in how treatment programs and facilities operate. I remain passionate about learning more about addiction, staying connected to my own recovery, and helping others grow into the fullest expression of who they truly are.

Charlie Wood

Administrative Assistant

Working in mental health and recovery has given me the chance to watch others grow and get their spark back. Watching some of my family struggle with addiction and get their spark back is what drove me into working in this field and sparked my passion for it all. The small part I play in someone's journey is nothing short of breath taking. I want to help them see that they are not alone and that even professionals have/had their own addiction and mental health struggles that they are battling every day.
